No Smoking: All rooms are Smoke Free. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.
Misc: There are coffee makers, DVD players available at the front desk. Wireless internet is available in all rooms. Specific rooms requested are honored when possible, but not guaranteed. Some rooms are handicap accessible.
Extra guests: Units are based on 2 persons per room (4 in suites) and all rates are subject to 9% Maine Sales tax and 2.5% Resort fee. Add $15 per night for each additional person. Cot & Crib Rental: Cots are available for $15 per night. Cribs are available at no charge. Both should be reserved ahead of time.
Check In: After 3 pm – Please notify us if you are planning to arrive after 10pm.
Check In age minimum 21 years old.
Check Out: By 11 am – Sorry no late check outs.
Deposits: A deposit of the first nights stay per room is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $50 service charge (per room). If the reservation is cancelled or the dates are changed less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Payments: Balance is due at check-in & is payable either by cash, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Personal checks are not accepted upon arrival. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
Minimum Stays: Minimum stays at peak times, weekends & holidays unless otherwise available. There is a 3 night minimum on the suites during most of the season.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in rooms or on the balcony.
